I can relate so much ! I'm almost 2 meter tall and got picked a lot in school by teachers and classmates because of it !
The only thing i didn't had was a waifu with the same height ;(

Guy is equivalent of being around 6'5 in UK/US. Girl maybe 6' or 6'1. So no giants.

(Based on average heights, I don't know whether the deviation of height in Japan is smaller so just did one to one.)

187cm is 6'2, not 6'5, and 177cm is 5'10. so if they were in America/UK they would just be a slightly above average couple

They are too short to be considered unusually tall by my standards. Immersion ruined.

Tbf the average height for japanese men is around 170, and I think it's 10cm shorter for women. So they're pretty tall for japanese standards.
