I don't know how you actually do it but can you make these like alternative chapters of the other ones because right now it goes from this chapter to chapter 33 of the other groups. You know where gives you the option to change the group?

I'm speechless lol. I have to hand it to author, that's incredibly creative use of weapon skills, even if it also seems a bit contrived.

And then to turn it into a fighting game reference. Of course it does look disgusting lol:

where is he getting the fireball ability from

That's a good question. Last we saw, he couldn't copy Fine's fireball anymore...Actually, how is he copying these weapon skills?

I thought "Kara" was a mistranslation of "Chara", but when I went to check on Cancels, it is a real term.
An AI Summary:

Key Types of Cancels:

  • Special Cancel: Cancelling a normal or special move into another special move (e.g., crouching medium kick into a Hadoken in Street Fighter).
  • Jump Cancel: Interrupting an attack's recovery to jump immediately, often used to extend combos or reposition.
  • Kara Cancel: Cancelling the startup of a move with another move, often used to cancel into special moves before they fully animate.
  • Rapid Cancel: A mechanic allowing certain moves (like light attacks) to be chained into each other quickly, often used in fast-paced combos.
  • V-Trigger Cancel: In Street Fighter V, characters can cancel into their V-Trigger ability, often used to extend combos or activate powerful effects.
  • Focus Attack Cancel (FADC): In Street Fighter IV, special moves can be cancelled into a Focus Attack, which can then be cancelled into a dash, enabling access to Ultra Combos.

He isn't copying the weapon skills, since he doesn't have any rings on. I think he just trained really hard and can predict and dodge their moves, while using their own buffs?? We see against the ninja he was able to fight her at super speeds. But I don't really see how it'd be possible for him to be able to keep up with the twins, since he should be moving at literally half their speed?

But yeah, him using fireball makes zero sense?? Either one of his opponents also has the skill, which would be pretty contrived, or he somehow has a piece of gear equipped that lets him use a skill? The latter of which seems like a very odd thing to have had never appeared yet, if it existed. Incredibly strange they didn't address it, but I guess it's all part of the guise that he can still copy his ally's skills, and the trick he's using will be revealed when his opponents figure it out

Maybe a custom gear that looks like the fireball skill? Similar to the pistol his last opponent had?

The term is derived from 空 (kara), meaning 'empty' or 'void'.
It's usually done to cheat some range for your attack using the momentum of another move, especially when walking is too slow and/or too telegraphed for the character.
