They keep mentioning pregnancy. I hope they actually have consequences for that and it's not just a background element thrown in for a fetish. How the hell is he going to raise all those kids? Are all the girls really okay with it, it seems like of them didn't know they'd get pregnant. I hope we actually see his kids born, and I also think it'd funny if he gets in trouble for knocking up the wrong girl or something. So far he's been reacting like, "I'm gonna be a father to 12+ kids? Cool, that's chill. Whatever."

I was a little skeptical at first but then Mr. Gutter Brain made a good point. What point did he make? Well, he didn't make a point but saw TWO points and it was over. But TBT her earnestness won me over ... now to try NOT to go down that dark path.

The first chapter had the protagonist losing his virginity to a prostitute in a brothel, the author wasn't subtle in what was going to be the focus of the series.
Well, he had been careful until now with which girls to impregnate.
Majority of the girls he had fucked until now are prostitutes, so there is no situation of "gets in trouble for knocking up the wrong girl" yet.
Also, as mentioned in one of the previous chapter, the upcoming Dungeon work that MC has taken apparently rewards him with enough money to help him financially support all the impregnated girls until now.
Plus, since majority of them are prostitutes, i don't think they are the type who would pester MC to help raise their kids, and instead might prefer to remain single mother's.
Heck, the Halfling girl from this chapter even says that she wants to get pregnant and return back to her homeland to live (she doesn't plan to stay with MC even after impregnation).
MC is chill because he has accepted the fact that if he wants to become stronger, he has no other choice than to impregnate women, else he would remain weak. Worrying about the unborn kids now when even the most earliest birth is still months away is not going to help him (I mean, plot timeline wise, I think it's only been about close to a month since his first successful impregnation, so that's still like 8 months away for the birth of his first child).
Plus the stronger MC gets, the more he can earn.
Aka., the more children MC has, the more powerful he becomes, and the more he earns (because he would be able to challenge more difficult dungeons).
Not to forget, different world might have different standards with women not asking their child's father to take responsibility for the upbringing of the child (can happen, if population of male is lower than women, though i don't think that's have been mentioned in the story).

If there is no way for cross-species impregnation to happen, then i guess it won't happen.
So, the likelihood of MC impregnating a Animal is quite low.
But there is chance of impregnating a Monster. I mean, if like the common cliche of Goblins being able to impregnate Human women is there, then the reverse should also be possible (aka., Human male impregnating a Monster girl).
We don't know what it was.
But even if it was a Slime, then it wasn't a Animal, but rather a Monster (both are different species).
Animals = Horse, Dog, Cat, Wolf, etc.
Monsters = Slime, Goblin, Treant, etc.

We don't currently know yet, but it was not a slime, but his party member Claire, who used tantric/sexual healing. This is revealed a bit later, though it gives more reasons for Claire to feel just a tad more comfortable about selling herself. I'm not sure if the difference in monster vs animals even matters though.
There are only first 4ish women he had sex with knowingly that wasn't informed prior that sex = pregnancy. Obviously the big four are the first girl Latri, Marie, and the two sisters. The mystery female as well, but can't exactly blame that on him anyway. Every prostitute after the sisters knows in advance. Even Shirley, his big sis knew beforehand but didn't believe him.
Latri is the only one who doesn't know now. Well, she is pregnant, so she does know, but. . . Zarmen does indeed take responsibility.
Also, Zarmen is continuing and using his increased levels to support all those women he impregnated. He mentioned it last chapter that the increased reward will support all the women he impregnated for a few years, because pregnant prostitutes can't exactly do their 'job'.
And we know that unless you are one of the premium girls, a silver-ranked adventurer makes more than your average prostitute.

Reading it again she mentions that it is common for them to find mates from other species and since she did not say anything about half breeds, my guess is that the child will take after the mother.
