These 5 chapters were included in the first collection of the series "Comic mate" edition. Sadly the information was incorrect online and my buddy had gotten and scanned the second edition of the Comic Mate print which only included 4, for some stupid reason. So 4 for now, and hopefully the 5th if when I get the raw.
I don't know any sure numbers but I think there are at least 20 to 40+ unique stories (probably half are just under 4 page shorts) by the assistants that were released alongside the anime release, but to get those somebody would have to hunt down the magazines which would not be easy.
