The first chapter of the LN ends with him getting named and being hugged. Yes she wears her sheer nightgown, but anything to do with kisses isn't here.

We also don't see anything about the Hero turned King Consort and his Queen at all, but considering the chapter otherwise had nothing before a time skip to adapt that was probably the best it could do. And honestly if it had focused on their relationship with Towa I'd be much happier.

The other two have at least the excuse that they are going magically enforced crazy over being separated from Towa; and maybe you could squint and slide over the entire ordeal by saying it was just after the engraving. But that ignores the fact that it didn't happen despite having the magical contract happen in the same spot in the LN, so it isn't like we moved it earlier here.

This artist has quite a track record on this starting from hidden dungeon series. You'd be surprised on how different the manga is compared to the novel but at least that is a "good" cuz the novel is damn boring
