can't really say the royal family deserves to have her at this point, they just cast her aside from the begining when they though she was useless without doing any more tests to check if the first one was a fluke. you would think they would be a bit more thorough when it comes to a royal princess

To be fair it was the queen that sabotaged the original test so it's highly likely she made sure there wouldn't be another test even if there was supposed to be one.
