I mostly agree with a lot of the criticisms of Kiyose and Motoasa.

Kiyose has said that the main reason she didn't answer Nogata's feelings before is because she's afraid of losing her comfortable friendship with both of them, but time never stands still and you've already lost yesterday. The same relationship she had with Nogata and Motoasa will never return. The sooner she realizes that, the better all three will be.

Motoasa simply waited too long before he finally worked up the gumption to say or do anything. You waited, watching over them for so long, and then only after they started their relationship did you speak up? You missed the boat, dude. Maybe he was secretly waiting and hoping they would never hook up and grow apart so he could make a move without feeling bad? That's not really any better, though.

Both of them are failing in aggravating ways. That said, I can see dumb, inexperienced kids acting like this. I'll stick with this for a while longer.

I mean the friend is literal scum of the earth. If your friend ends up dating the girl you like, it is your responsibility to accept it and move on. Introducing drama into their relationship in order to poach your friend's girlfriend is despicable.
