I did quick cross references since we already have been introduced to Monsieur Sucre little sister before but let me clarify on what I have found.

The lineup is so far is accurate.

Monsieur Sucre is based on Monsieur Siecle.

Julius Lucor is based on 1994 Tenno Sho Autumn winner Nehai Caesar.

Addendum: Based on what I found Monsieur Sucre and her siblings naming in this manga is a reference to their IRL dam Dyna Sugar whom sire is Northern Taste. So they are technically Matikanetanhauser nieces….

For those who wants to know about Monsieur Sucre younger siblings, they are introduced by Sugar Nation in chapter 10.
