It's a weird one for me. I usually hate harems and chaos dressed up as humour, but I really rate this, due to the mental health aspect of it. It often gets so chaotic that I struggle to follow it, but it all fits with the story. Some aspects, like the incest, are just so Japan, but again, you can half accept it to some extent due to the shared trauma. Maybe I am reading too deeply into it, but my excuses work for me.
