A few times, if you mean one on one or with Miu.

He taught him Seikuken during the tail end of the Ragnarok saga, finished the training in the DfoD battle, taught him Korui Nuki, and Ki holding at the end. Plus the spar before his fight with Ethan Stanley.

Yes, I had the same feeling as well. It'd be cool if those masters developed their own methods versus making it about the ninja scroll....but I guess the story needs a way to create a "Masters War".

Overall though, I'm loving this new arc. Excited for the Ninja Scroll War!

Is it just me or has kenichi pretty much only hotel gotten weaker? He was quite strong by the end of 1 now it feels like they just made him lose progress

I'm not sure about Jenazad, but it's explicitly stated in the first manga that Kushinada Mikumo's youthfulness is the product of a Kushinada-style conditioning routine. A straight retcon.
