With the repeated mentions of her feelings being different and stuff I am betting on a "first girl wins" ending. Though she is thinking of the backs of the first 2 so it could do an unusual 2 girls win ending but that would be rarer than a harem ending. My bet is on first girl even if I prefer the second one.
