Well actually, her having mental problems could make it worse for him. Even if she wasn’t a student, her mental problems could be seen as making her unable to consent. So it could be counted in court that she was taken advantage of by using her mental problems against her (regardless if she was manipulative, which the court would laugh at ‘you got manipulated by one of your students? Dumbass’). For example, if a person made a Schizophrenic person believe they had to have sex with them by using the voices/hallucinations they are experiencing against them, then consent is certainly debatable. Same here, mental health can make consent debatable if not flat out non-existent.

Not really my point, like yeah obviously she quite literally has all the leverage but the point is she's not going to out him cause she absolutely loves the situation in her own fucked up way. She enjoys the sexual relationship they got going on and she enjoys manipulating people.
