Kinda surprising to read the gooner comments bc I think there’s a lot more to this story than the mc being hot. It’s similar to her streaming arc, the viewers aren’t there for a story, they’re there for the (visual) entertainment.

I really like how this is a story of growth. It’s coming of age in a sense, and it resonates with me as some who’s becoming an adult. I don’t want to be a fuckup who lives on their parents’ dime in my 20s, but it’ll be ok if that happens. Shit happens and life goes on.

The early chapters were rough, but they made those last 30 or so chapters glorious. It’s the embodiment of “look how far we’ve come”. She took some hard hits, fell to some low lows, and then after some time, got back up and started living life again. I hope to do the same, just while falling less.
