The plot feels disjointed and kind of baffling. I give it 3/10.

Not sure whether it's the translation or the original writing, but the plot of the first chapter feels weird, just a continuous stream of "that does not follow" moments, from the beginning "Oh, someone's sitting precariously high, let's use them as target practice" to the ending "That spell did absolutely nothing, so he must be the Erotic Wizard".

The art is at best uninspiring; I don't feel anything sexy about it. My first impression of the manga, looking at the latest cover, was "um, those breasts don't really make sense anatomically, do they?".

Yes, the first chapter is about a guy unaware of his power ending in a series of strange situations.
It is supposed to be chaotic and random, cause he have no idea what is happening and why it's happening.
