ICBM stands for intercontinental ballistic missile. By throwing force it might be possible, but I don't think the MC has beyond visual range targeting capabilities, so most probably his throwing attacks should not be able to achieve ballistic trajectory.

Honestly, the biggest issue with his attacks achieving ballistic trajectory would be that they don't seem to drop at all, they just beam off to hit wherever he's aiming. With slight possibility of dodging, as seen when the dragons tried a 'playful' greeting.
