The word he’s actually using is ”hitodzuma” (I think), which literally translates to “married woman”
That’s what’s used in the title
MILF is shorter and very similar, so that’s what it’s been translated as, sacrificing a bit of accuracy for convenience
Same‘s probably true for MC’s name, Chloe: I actually think his name’s Kuroi, and it’s just been translated as Chloe, since Kuroi is how Chloe would be written in Japanese
