I can't believe her best friend was the culprit (although given how much she loved their father, I kinda get why she's pissed).
But man, I can't imagine how deep that hatred runs for her to act the way she did, playing the "super supportive best friend"
REAL! I feel so sick...

How much can someone play like this... how broken do you have to be to play the good girl and be so full of bile.

And SHE HAS THE WATCH! OH GOD!!!! Oh, no! I just remembered. Brother, this is BAD!

Edit: BROTHER LOOK AT THE VOLUME COVER! LOOK AT THE EYES! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!

It is funny her brother isn't evil, just Autistic.

EDIT: Jokes aside, as an abused child, it makes sense. (All the characters make sense and act naturally) he grew up without emotional or physical affection, with a parent who showed no boundaries and respect for privacy. As a result, he doesn't show emotional or physical affection to his beloved sister and doesn't understand why it's wrong to spy on her. Like he said, what if she has a heart attack while she's home alone?

Mitsuha never struck me as Clover, because if he was, as her guardian all he had to do was not allow and authorise Yotsuha to leave the hospital in the first place. No need to bother with the cat-and-mouse game if the mastermind could stop it from even happening.

After all this time, it turns out big bro's just stupid.
Lacking common sense with the hidden camera but not stupid. Plus, Yotsuha has a distinct flaw in that her views of "family" as a concept in skewed and twisted (as she noted when tackling Uichi's family), so it's easy for readers to flow with her coloured perception of her brother as someone sinister, despite most little actions we've seen being objectively considerate to her.
