I mostly agree with you, but I think Jou having so many jobs is also a factor, depending on the situation they may be in. Jou can switch jobs to handle the situation. At the moment I believe Jou is still trying to max out the Magician job, but mains the Samurai(advanced swordsman job class) job of the Jobless job.
