I know this is a really old post but if you want a place with good advance search options I suggest you go to MangaUpdates (also known as Baka-Updates Manga) It's been around since 2004 and still has one of the best and most updated data bases of manga fan translations. Sadly, it no longer has direct links because of DMCA issues but I usually use their either their Advanced Search function or click their Genre tab, then chose Search by Genre function. The tags and category section is practically the whole dictionary too, so look at the number of times a tag has been used before to determine if it will help you find what you are looking for for example "Isekai" and "World Travel" are two similar but different tags you could use.

Once I find what I like, I just Google the title, plus scanlation group, plus any other key words like author etc. and find the link that way.

Just wanna say that this is a great manga. Could’ve sworn I left a comment here before, but I guess not.

Literally one of the only manga that I’ve consistently kept up with for some reason too… Probably because it’s the easiest to search up. Literally only one other manga with the word “Ostrich” in it, lmfao. Also councidentally, the last two times I’ve checked, there’s been a new chapter at least within the last 3-5 days. So, nice. Can’t wait for more, lol.

Slowly working through this because there isn't much out yet. So I just wanted to say that I really like this so far. The art is fantastic and I love the Little Ones! They are cute, sweet and vicious. I am assuming that they are a mix of male & female in the group. So at least their species has a future off the plateau... unless there is a mass death in the future (I hope not).
Anyway the only thing I don't like so far is the completely unnecessary sexualization of the elf. It was out of nowhere, the design is stupid, creepy and out of place in a story like this. It's like it was forced in to meet some bullshit quota or checklist. Other than that garbage, so far the rest is great.
