I wouldn't call Airi a bad writer per say. She did something right for the Entanglement series and spin offs to be as successful as they've become.

And honestly GraPara! has it's entertaining moments. Even with the all the baits. I was enjoying it.

But this last "Love Triangle" arc (seriously it's nowhere close to that) was just handled poorly. The only time we see Yuma actually go out of his way for Sakura was back when she lost her necklace (which is a pivotal item that can't just be forgotten about between Sakura and Shinobu).

It should have been more slow cooked. Actually have him save Sakura from situations much like Shinobu has. Actually let us get to know him and what he's like. I've said it before but seriously. 100 chapters was what it took to for Shinobu to finally have sex with Sakura.

Yuma stole her in 20ish chapters with literally little effort. That's just what pisses me off most. Sure, add a love triangle.. but dude this wasn't a love triangle.

Given Airi has made decent endings for her stories so far, I am a little optimistic that she can at least make a "good enough" ending for GraPara!

I mean karami manga ended solide because that was the only logical conclusion to their relationship. The doujin was trash, what did the fmc gain nothing except dicks and seeing the man she loves getting married to another man. Aint a solid ending in my book(at least not for fmc).
Grapara:
1. throwing away the premise after 125+ chapter
2.characters doesnt act like they did before
3. sloppy ntr/cheating. ESPECIALLY after 125+ chapters
And so many other problems that other people already mentioned i already forgot because they were to many...and now we are here. With 2 conclusion ahead the next chapters.
1. shinobu accept fumi and they become a couple and the story ends with them being happy.
2. airi creates again a arc where shinobu and slutkura get back together
Chose one.
1. you have a happy end for mc(like in karami) but no happy end for fmc(ironically like in karami aswell lol) or maybe she also get a happy end with fuckboi, would be weird because they know each other for like 20 chapters, but would show what a slut slutkura really is, or 2. Both get a "happy" ending, but with such poor writing—once again ignoring all the rules of their own fictional world just to somehow bring them together in the end.
And love triangles are always horrible(for me atleast), like really always. Never have i seen a manga that made a good love triangle where i was rooting for any one. All are toxic and trash. One-on-one relationships are the best.

I'm sorry to Fumi wanters but Fumi is ticking all of the Akaneya (Karami) boxes for me, only difference is she looks more distinguishable from Sakura but other than that, up to this latest chapter she's done everything Akaneya did and it ended in a rejection as MC realized he was still in love with OG FMC. Heck Akaneya literally stripped down to her underwear had MC on the bed and confessed straight to his face and still got rejected. Fumi is a good girl though, saying she' doesn't even mind if its just for the duration of writing the script that Shionbu tries to fall for her.

The Akaneya treatment, ffs she even got raped by her original boyfriend after he found her and MC at the love hotel (they didn't do anything). Then she falls in love with MC, offers herself to him and gets rejected for FMC who didn't have to lift a finger in all that.

Even if this one pattern repeats there's more than enough difference in other aspects of the two stories that it won't be a problem if author chooses to do so imo.

He has shown interest in Fumi beforehand but decided to stay faithful to Sakura. If he moves on months later thats fine. Just the pacing of doing it in 2 chapters feels rushed, not the time frame

I'm pretty sure fumi wins this in the end because Sakura seems to have fully rejected shinobu with what we know at the moment.

Well if you go this route you can also say that it would be different ending if shinobu accepts fumi and they become a couple.
Karami he rejected akaneya and in grapara he accepted the second lead.
Also in 2 days you will see that slutkura moved on bro. The train is gone. Lay down your sakura glasses and accept that fumi is the only right choice.
