Kanae actually burned 180M, not just a few dozen million. But she gave Chie a lottery ticket that ended up winning 700M, so Chie got 350M out of it from the start. Kirara only wasted 22M and 32M on Utatane's songs. The donut shop also cost 60M (not counting the homemade casino).

Anyway, Chie turned 350M into a lesbian harem. I'd call that money well spent.
