Aka., Zenith never returns to normal. But she didn't really lose her memory either. Because of being encased in a dense Mana crystal, Zenith has now become a Blessed Child (like Zanoba) with Telepathy powers.

But as a side-effects, she is stuck in a permanent Dream-like state, because of which she is neither fully awake nor able to actually speak, but thinks she is speaking due to her telepathy.

The only ones who would be able to communicate with her are Roxy's child (because of being born with Migurd's inherent Telepathy ability) and their Summoned Beast.
