Okay, that didn’t make sense on the first read or the second read. Unless all those black boxes aren’t Kanako’s thoughts but Yuka’s thoughts. Then I’m lost. Based on the conclusion it seemed like the author wanted to make us think Kanako woke up after murdering someone and was considering an inconspicuous way to dispose of the evidence. All those strange avoidant behaviors were honest answers to the friends and BF with no real intent behind them. The evil thoughts were all Yuka’s all along i guess…
