The mangaka is a beast, he's writing some amazing work here.
Rain's team feels like in the original was a harem or so (I did not read the novel) but here they are good friends, all with their quirks and personalities, supporting each other.
The THUGS might be depicted as antagonist, but they are written as bros shooting the shit together, who have been friends since forever and went through thick and thin.
Assassination Family seems like a background addition to pad pages and add one more battle when things go down, but even during the daughter's arc the mother was always the most rational, even just for her own interests, and somehow manages to be a good contrast to Rain's clueslessness mutuated from the genre's trope, and Half's "evil" schemes.

I thought about this manga recently; I realized that its humour very Pythonian, probably why I enjoy it so much despite the undeservedly low rating (IMHO my humble opinion)
