The difference is that Yujiro asked for the harpoon. This was bad manners from the gunman. Those pistols couldn't have possibly been over .30 calibur Yujiro cmon man. You didn't even go this hard on the fucking harpoon.
You referred to Yujiro Hanma as "a pretty obscure side character"... Oh, how I hope you were being sarcastic. You know what's great about Rahen is how it answers questions we've always had but about characters who don't get a lot of focus in the previous Baki parts. You take Yujiro - a pretty obscure side character, surprised the author brought him back - and pit him against another gun fighter after his defeat to a rifleman in the Maximum tournament. But we get to see how much stronger Yujiro has become now that he can defeat a gun user. I wonder what forgotten fighter will make an appearance next time.
Your favorite mangaka must pay the bills somehow. Then again, it's not like Oda's strapped for cash.MY GOD you've cracked it! This is just promotion! Like how the first bit of the Elbaph Arc in One Piece is just a Lego advert!
I hate that...
I mean if you compare him to some of the other side characters who've shown up in Rahen - I mean you had Kosho, would you really describe Yujiro as Kosho level exposure wise? Maaaaybe you could scale Yujiro above him power wise but Yujiro didn't even enter the Maximum tournament and Kosho made it to the second round. You referred to Yujiro Hanma as "a pretty obscure side character"... Oh, how I hope you were being sarcastic.
Huh. I have been following this franchise for years and I never realized until I read your comment that Yuujirou does not have a job. He just tests his strength and gets in squabbles all day long. And keep in mind he is the main antagonist of this entire franchise.Yujiro need a job.
