Just had a talk about time-travel tropes in stories in Discord the other day, heh.
The best time travel is the multiverse travel. The distinction is clear, the causality is one-way, the plot can move forward nicely. This manga is not a multiverse travel, though.

Instead, it dabbles in the forbidden time travel formula: a causality-loop (two worlds affect each other), but tries to get the plot moving in one direction (forward). Can still be saved if the main theme is comedy, but I think the plot explained itself too hard to be taken as one.

This really sucks thats there just not a single drop of tension whatsoever. I'd honestly have more respect if once they get to the king, they just flick him to death like nothing. At least I'll get a small kick out of it.

This story is better when its simple slice of life

When both mc are OP, having actual tension is hard lol
