Guys come on, we read this hundreds of times before. All three of them together will betray the Xavier for their own personal gains at the same time. Later Xavier will go back in time to times when he was a normal good looking person, then story will progress as usual from there.

Some possible deviations are: Go future in time, Posses a random baby right after dying, Get a trenchcoat made out of shadows at some point, Necromancy, Make a harem out of traitors' kids, Make a harem out of traitors' mothers, uproot corruption in local goverment, save someone talented who was about to die, Romance the demon king's daughter, Romance several princesses.
