Destiny lovers 2 did it worse. Theoretically a good cutoff point for a GraPara2! announcement would be when Sakura learns the truth and it just leaves off with one final panel showing her moment of truth face and that would honestly make people probably pick up GraPara2!

However the chances of a GraPara2! is a whopping 0% if you ask me, and I'm one of the people that actually wouldn't mind something like it. 3 years is a long time, it's been a good run even with the missteps towards the end, let's just see the ending and then move on with a "lighter heart" instead of Airi's "warm heart" approach.

Well, it's an ntr+romcom manga, so the possibility of ntr was always there. I think she could have done the ntr better; if she hadn't humanized the fuckboi so much, it could have made Sakura completely the victim and the fuckboi the villain.

I mean she is going to be the villain regardless. Pretty shitty fmc in my opinion from the get go. Completely worthless to the story. The protagonist is the one pushing both careers foward

The argument against this is that if Shinobu doesn't meet Sakura none of this even happens, all the connections he was able to make, the most important one being Mio, is because he was doing things for Sakura's sake. A more interesting argument to push here is that Mio is a way better character than Sakura in terms of pushing the story forward

Well, I think she could have avoided making Sakura look like the villain if she had made the fuckboi a complete scumbag and extorted Sakura or something like that. I'm sure many people would have felt compassion for her. Obviously, there would also be people who would hate her, but not to the level of hate we ended up seeing.

If I'm honest, I only see her career rising even more, and since she will probably now have Mio giving her advice, it will rise even more.
