We skip to the set, Producer asks Shinobu if it's ok to cast Sakura, that there will be an intimate bed scene, he says ok. So it's still an open ending, we have no idea if they got back together...

What's the last page message say? I know the first few sentences are something like "Thanks for the past 3 years, look forward to AK and Nishikada-sensei's next works"

NTR is a bridge too far for normal authors, once you go past the bridge, you burn your audience and they'll resent you forever. Even degenerate authors don't go too far as the fans will never forgive or forget. Airi is a NTR author to begin with.

I think this is the worst possible ending, but I can kind of see in retrospect that it was probably always gonna go this way after she lost her virginity to Shi KA totally made her having sex with someone else a completely possible threat because it could be viewed as “The FMC lost her virginity with the MC so the stakes can be higher now” KA mistake was acting on it way too quickly and making as graphic as possible in the magazine she was in by having the bed being wet and covered in condoms and the implication that they did it all night which is probably worse than any NTR doujin not to mention it was caused by a stupid Shonen manga misunderstanding

It is pretty implied Shikura ending if you read more carefully but is open ending to the readers interpretation.

My thoughts as well. It’s basically for yourself to decide whether he became a cuck or not. It also looks like she put the blame of the break up completely onto Fumi. And somehow I believe this ending may have been intentional like this from the start.

No, I'd say Sakura has a bit of an evil streak, given how little weight she gave her relationship to Shinobu when she saw Fumi hug/kiss him, only to break up over text and leave him an emotional wreck for several months. Jesus, Airi sucks at writing relationships that don't have cucking in it.
