It showed sis slumped on the desk viewed from behind her and itsuki noticed the stone in the bottle that used to contain the message itsuki wrote. So either this is fake or it's actually how his sis looks.

She's shown in a flashback on the first page of chapter 44. She looks the same as she does here only with slightly less messy hair.
