You forgot the last word in the first bubble - "villain/scoundrel", and it feels like pronouns are once again not fully correct, although i can see why you had trouble with these lines - it's really hard to tell when Asclay talks about himself, the whole team, contract or Forn (though, the "villain/scoundrel" is most likely directed at Forn, as Asclay is using "koitsu"). While the phrases seem to be translated correctly (mostly), they just don't seems to make much sense in context.
The best i can come up myself with is:

If we use this [contract], and still won't achieve anything, then she's nothing but a scoundrel!

For every dead person we should save a town, only then can I truly face those who have passed away.

Or maybe:

Only by saving the town, bigger than the number of the dead,...

Still confusing...

And, next panel - i think Asclay is asking Forn that she should show "as much resolve" (she's being forced into contract, after all).

I didn't attack the doctor but I hated getting tubes. Mine kept getting pushed out, so I had to get them put back in. As much as I hated it, it was still better than the constant ear infections.
