Mary Sue is simultaneously very cute and terrifying in this manga. Looking forward to the first confrontation with Tanya.

2 aces among aces back to back, this should be a significant impact not just on the empire but all the enemies of the empire. Moral goes down in the empire, while hope shines among the enemies, galvanizing them. Mary Sue being true to her name and establishing how far above she is and likely become a symbol of hope of all empire's enemies and unify them. And it would be cool Tanya beats her not through overpowering, but strategy and experience over a naive girl believing to be special because some god gave her brute magic strength. I think her greatest strength so far is experienced mages don't know how overpowering her spells are and that ends up being fatal enough. Had they known, their training and experience would have a better call on how to handle her despite her special powerup from god.

For more I despise Mary Sue as a person she is the first person to fight as a mage should be fighting!
Why are them so dependent on their weapons? You have magic use it!

I don't really like Mary Sue as an antagonist. It's clear that the author needed a very clear antagonist to Tanya, and did so with a mage having the backing of Being X.

But it doesn't feel good. It feels as though only Tanya and her God Given Powers can also beat the literal fucking Mary Sue named Mary Sue who also has God Given Powers.

The story is fully aware of the Mary Sue trope and has (tongue-in-cheek?) named her Mary Sue with her holy power shit. That doesn't give them a free pass to use that trope. This doesn't feel like a satisfying conflict.

Anyways, thanks for the scans.
