thank you for work!

shoutout to those former slaves who rose up and tore down their oppressors

seems like setting up 3rd order as being new manipulators, but i dont think they would draw that much power from shards.

From the looks of things, I won't be surprised if the shards still allow some bizarre power. The problem lies on the fact that most people have no idea how the shards works or how to make it work as intended.
I'm guessing MC will unconsciously fuck the new baddie by praying for the forest beasts well being. :meguu:

So what is it that is doing it? Didn't the god get rid of those 3 "pre-gods" already?

The magic stone was the source of the original slavery spell. The knight commander that stole a piece is probably using it to make a ghetto version of the spell to enslave all of the normal monsters, and try to use them to take out the Guardian of the Forest (the MC) as a test run.

Once he feels that he's successful he'll probably start enslaving the Beastfolk again to take control of the kingdom and make himself the new king.

It’d be kinda funny if it turned out to be completely nommagical rabies. It got onto Koa because the magic barrier prevents magic-based debuffs, not entirely normal diseases. Don’t think about how this theory breaks down immediately.

By the looks of it, he got rid of the culprits, but the mess itself is pretty much still there

Still wanting nothing but pure destruction for the kingdom and that guy acting all high and mighty I specially dislike him, he is going to be like "the dude that fought against slavery", but he was high enough in the knights hierarchy to have seen and done pretty much a lot of stuff (although i get it that is my edgy revenge brain talking here). I remember that he didn´t have slaves himself, but that makes him accessory of the crime, it does not make him innocent

that part of rock that the commander stole.. i got a bad feeling about it being far more dangerous than expect.. even for that idiot who wants to keep slaves. If beasts act like that... so it is likely the humans and humaniods will be affected in same way. i don't think he can enslave them. only bringing their worst sideout. it means he might be dead already.

Its kinda wild that no children nor adults for future king/queen survived, then again probably mind broken from all the shit that was done to them :aquadrink:

Also that knight is so fucking stupid, you have a dude who CLEARLY hates the beast men etc calling them slaves and shit and your bright idea is to have him guard THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEM IN THE WORLD like brother ZERO IQ that dude had :shamihuh:
