They both took half a medicine. So they're both super dead and super alive. And the quantum supposition means that their kid is able to make it to the land of the living just fine even if they can't. And there's definitely some method of communication between realms given she's able to attend pre-school just fine.

That kind of makes sense in a way, quite the messed up ending too, well at least their kid can live even if they are not with her.

For a manga that was super weird and insane and filled with over the top characters, it's pretty unexpected that it was so, so boring and had not a single interesting plot point or character in it. Somehow I managed to stick by it till the end despite absolutely disliking it for the vast majority of it.

Random aside: This is always what threw me off about Soul Society in Bleach. So you live on Earth, die, and end up in Soul Society. Fine. So why aren't the majority of people in Soul Society super old? Also how can there be people BORN in Soul Society? I swear none of it makes a lick of sense.

You finished it!
You finished Nejimaki Kagyuu AAAAHHHHH 😭 😭

@OmegaZer0 thank you for a job well done and for sticking it out. It took so many years but I can finally see one of manga that have been more influential to me artwise than most come to a close.

❤️

Reading the raw version, it seems like it would have a happy ending, but with a translation, the ending feels more ambiguous.
-----------------------
It took 13 years for this manga to be fully translated.
13 long years.
Thanks to the scanlation team for their effort and for standing as one of the few examples proving that dedication and genuine interest in a manga matter more than money, after all, scanlation groups used to translate manga simply for the joy of making a series available in a universal language, unlike today.
