A kid watching others play Street Fighter won't beat anybody because he won't know, or have the dexterity to input forward, down, downforward quickly to counter jump even if he knows he need to do anti air from all the spectating. But in real fight I say he can pull it off because that's much more intuitive as long as he has the knowledge.

If we're fighting and you're 200lb MMA BJJ Muay Thai champion none of your shit can get to me as long as I low guard. There's no takedown and even if there is, there's no ground game. You can't break low guard unless you know to command throw or jump attack in which I will just sweep and anti air as long as the world recognise my actions and deal appropriate damage.
Riff raffs just trying to survive in this world will never figure out they're in what we know as a fighting game and all the rules that a fighting game player know. They can only fight normally akin to spamming light attacks. Bizon and her family is the closest to being able to figure it out organically and it's a disservice to portray her as incapable of beating randoms, despite having witnessed fighting game reincarnators fight.
