Why is Swordmaster two stars higher than Spearmaster when they are the same"type"?

What is it with Korea and grindfest games like this. Needing to do the same thing everyone else is doing for 100 times longer isnt better or harder its just more tedius.
Everyone else will be at level cap when you hit level 5 and youd never realistically be able to use the no level cap feature.

A lot of stories have this necessity to force conflict and power on the characters.

There is no logic in that kighnt captain to threaten execution when the church was the one to perfom the ceremony, so they for a fact swordmaster is her talent.

Just because se has the talent swordmaster doesn't mean she, as a 5 year old, should have the strenght to fight with a steel blade that is almost twice her height.

Talent is potential, Just because her talent is swordmaster doesn't mean she has the power of a swordmaster since day 1, just mean she can, and will, achive that power with time and training.

Winning against a full fledged spearmaster makes no sense.
