Both MyAnimeList, and the title page here on Mangadex state Vol7 Chapter46 is the end (MAL can sometimes be off with .5 extra chapters not making real chapter numbers 1:1, but I haven't seen any mangadex final chapter counts treat decimals as their whole own chapter number)
