this manga is cute and all, but I find myself so bored at the magic system. It's so basic and simple. He never talks about how he uses mana to create the spells or how different forms of mana create different spells, or how the spells are skills ingrained in the world, along with levels. Magic is so loose here that it's really lame, honestly. Don't get me wrong, I like loose magic systems, but they need to have some level of depth to them. Here is just: "I can use one type of magic, therefore I can use them all and I don't need to learn cuz I'm the protagonist. Also fuck you readers, I'm not going to explain how or why."

Those children have nerves and noses of steel, because draining blood and dismantling game are both physically difficult and smell really bad. I'm surprised most authors never even mention that part.

So, the place ended up with 50 orphans, it has shown 6 so far, I think. Each of those deer and boat would feed them for quite a while. They did look like mini-deer (forget the name) instead though.

As someone who used to hunt before getting too old, I can tell you that bleeding and butchering is indeed an unpleasant process. It is, however, absolutely necessary to make sure the meat doesn't go bad or smell gross. No hunter wants to be covered in blood and viscera...
