The only plot hole would be that if he is devouring everyone's power to bulk up as quickly as possible then there also guys with power worth absorbing, but due to point 2 it means they'll be incompletely absorbed if he doesn't do something like beat them to critical HP first.

Most of the guys(and honestly the girls) he is overwhelmingly stronger than, so he doesn't really need to weaken them to absorb them, the sex is just a bonus for those that want it.

Despite the number of classmates summoned, the story doesn’t show a lot of skills unique enough to be worth absorbing.
And if we limit to skill that fell on the guys... Miyamoto and Onizuka’s Hero and Ogre God are just copies of Rei and Tsutsuji’s. They now got the original with them.

And to be honest... the tier-2 and tier-3 fucklist Akane gave him doesn’t make much sense, it’s strategically more like “just to be safe” rather than actual strategy.
