Oh, I've read Mobusekai alright. Kind of lost the plot after the MD purge and wasn't too keen on the new world/continent arc tho. Unwavering didn't catch me for some reason, but I'm not really into the "ohoho proud ojou" thing.
If anything, I'd bet my problem is having read too much manga

I doubt the head doesn't know she is there so why the f is he so pressed about it?? this was just a truly useless chapter, I get the author wants to introduce some kind of drama but in this case the only drama you can introduce in this story is that people object to her marrying the "weak" mc which is irrelevant since she is too strong for them to dare.

Author can only make the mc doubt this relationship because of how useless he is but he does still have the status of the son of the ruler of the south...

Let's skip the usual "bullied MC" cliche.

The big brother here is the worst story element because of his inconsistency. Everybody in the family knows not to mess with the girl. He specifically knows not to mess with the girl. And yet he rudely orders her to leave. Not requesting, not implying things with some degree of civility. Just plainly ordering her to her face. Then proceeds to bully her explicitly chosen fiance. Once again right in front of her.

This is all like a man putting his hand in a hungry wild lion's mouth and wondering why he suddenly misses a big chunk of flesh, after reminding everybody around that hungry wild lions will bite your hand.

I don't mind a bit of stereotypes and cliches. But plain stupidity and inconsistency will break even the most low-tier stories around. Doing it this early is even worse.
