Can someone tell me WTF this is?

Like, did some dumbass hear the term "fifth wheel carriage" and think THIS is what it meant? The fifth wheel was part of the steering assembly. This fancy bullshit CAN'T EVEN STEER!

I keep seeing this stupid setup across multiple manga and I've been wondering if it's just collective stupidity across the mangaka community, or if it's a meme or running gag to just keep using this piece of shit despite knowing it's lack of function as a proper carriage.

We'd be hostages of non-caring people who can't be bothered to draw using references and just use free 3D-models as-is. Well, only if we were paying them :kek:

For the people whining about him not killing the asshole, he is a leader dealing with organization level issues.

If he "subtly" persuades the person to step down then he's showing leadership and a level of leniency that also establishes the line he's willing to let people play within. If he just murders the fat fuck, then he's a petty tyrant and anyone is at risk of the same happening to them, all the more so since he was willing to go to that based off of fairly minor harassment.

Yes, the other crimes he'd done matter, but every incident should be considered in as much of a vacuum as possible, because that's how they'll be told.

Excuse me, a horse's life (two, even!) is not just an "incident". That disregard for man's best friend is unacceptable.

I don't disagree, but this is very much set in a time period where they're basically regarded as living tools by the majority of people.
