Since she has had very little contact with the outside world she is at the very least immature for her age if not outright mentally younger then her age. Speaking about, do we know how she is or how old the MC is. I assume they are in their 20ties but the story hasn't said yet. For all we know he could 18 and 15. Edit:Since she is half cow and cows mature by their 3rd year of life, I thought what if she grows physical and mentally at a much faster rate then others.
