I understand why the other guy said it...but it looked a lot better with the hearts added. It doesn't even really misrepresent the...feeling(?) behind the onomatopoeia there, at most changing what was a simple-yet-elongated groan (from pleasure) into a dragged-out moan. Making the implicit pleasure behind the sound something explicit, if anything.

Not sure if that would be a gross misrepresentation of Pandora there, given the everything else.

No, just don't add anything period. Putting hearts into expressions are done a lot in hentai and i'm sure artist is aware of that. If he is still not using them, he obviously chooses to do so. We clown and shit on "localizers" for fucking up JP media with their "interpretations". Fan translation scene is not exempt of that no matter how small the addition is. Just stick to the original or draw a better one yourself. It's really that simple.
