Not really, no. But it is testing it's suitability to protect Jun when he makes the trip to repair the moonship.

Is it just me, or does the description of how tides work on page 5 sound like it's completely forgetting about the antipodal high tide (i.e. there being high tide in one place meaning there's high tide on the opposite side of the planet as well)?
