Lol, my first thought was also "senpai's lesbian partner".Satsuki: I want to be Senpai's Le--oh nvm
Me: No, no. Please continue. I'm deeply interested in what you were about to say.
I don't think Noriko was the cause given how frank their relationship seems. And nice to have a new girl that has links to Haru, I bet is or a defender of their winning team, or the defender that injured her.
Normal response.Oh nice, 3-6-1 with 2 AM that can change into 3-4-3. Interest--PLAYMAKING WINGBACK?!

I don't think that's the coach, but rather the friend she was talking with on the phone.Seeing as last chapter focused on the fact that the team lacked a coach, this appears to be who Haru reached out to; and I also got the vibe (from her admittedly only two seconds of screen time but still) that Noriko is older then the rest of the girls, my initial reaction was that she’s actually one of Haru’s former coaches.
Then again, if she wasn’t one of Haru’s coaches from before, she’s definitely about to be her new coach.
(Also last chapter I have recollections of someone mentioning that they were in the process of trying to hire someone specific to be their coach, and while I’m not sure, I think it’s plausible that Noriko is the one they were trying to hire.)
LE-ts pretend it's a small dribble of yuri bait. Maybe in chapter 50 there will be a pseudo hand-holding when a player falls and is helped up from the field.SENPAI'S WHATTT

They said that the coach that they were aiming for was a foreign coach. Not a local person.
Bad news. When I tried to order the 4th volume, I found out that they're no longer selling physical version starting from V4. This probably means this manga is in danger of being axed soon. If you like this manga, please buy the volumes if you can.
