I love this manga for explaining the more complex side of football. Plus showing one of my fav tactics (3-6-1 transitioning to 3-4-3).

I image they will play a 5-2-3 or a 4-5-1 to beat it, exploting the weakness of the 3-6-1 (that are the flanks on defense). With Haru as the deep playmaker trying to launch long balls to fast wing players.

And nice to have a new girl that has links to Haru, I bet is or a defender of their winning team, or the defender that injured her.

Seeing as last chapter focused on the fact that the team lacked a coach, this appears to be who Haru reached out to; and I also got the vibe (from her admittedly only two seconds of screen time but still) that Noriko is older then the rest of the girls, my initial reaction was that she’s actually one of Haru’s former coaches.

Then again, if she wasn’t one of Haru’s coaches from before, she’s definitely about to be her new coach.

(Also last chapter I have recollections of someone mentioning that they were in the process of trying to hire someone specific to be their coach, and while I’m not sure, I think it’s plausible that Noriko is the one they were trying to hire.)
