Yey, new chapter, though I've already read it on the group's page a few days ago. I actually forgot about the interrupted confession.

I'm not sure how much of a progress it is, but in the next chapter MC will blurt in front of his mom that he doesn't know (yet) if they are a couple and Sasaki in his room will overhear. At least that's what I got from RAWs. Unfortunately I can't get chapters 99-101 anywhere. Will have to wait for translation or next volume. Next volume will likely be released around chapter 111 and the series is currently at 103 with chapter 104 releasing later this month. Publisher gives free access to the last 2 chapters and there is no paid access to chapters outside complete volumes.
