Author wrote himself into a corner. He wants the characters to be in sexual situations, but realized that making all the men zombies will make that difficult. He really should make a male survivor. That way women can go further with him and not have to worry about stopping out of fear of death.

Saya brother was actually supposed to be the mc originally but he changed it close to serializing.(Now its saya searching for her brother as main focus). There's a few rough drafts of him, maybe after this arc he'll become an important survivor in group lol. None of the main cast will go all the way for awhile probably unless yataragi appears again or the series is axed, or brother-sis stuff.
I thought eva would make a cure that'd save one from zombie transformation from sex in this arc but surprisingly not yet
