she is shaved. it's a visual gag. if you look closer, the pubic hair is actually the hair of a troll-like doll in the shape of shaped pubic hair. you can tell because they have two next to each other, the second's hair being at an off angle to show that it is indeed the doll hair and not pubic hair. because if it were pubic hair it would have to be censored in publication
