I know this is pointless to say, but if you are going to capture some one for questioning, make sure they are completely incapacitated, strip them butt assed naked, throughly restrain them physically and magically, and only then wake them up for a little chat.

This kinda holds true for hostages as well. I mean sure it might piss off the people who you're up against, but by the time it comes to taking hostages you've already gone past what most people would consider reasonable, so taking half measures just seems pointless...
