I've had a new theory since last chapter. When their dad suddenly announced his engagement to Yukari, she doesn't look convinced and has an awkward body language. What if she got pregnant with someone who wasn't willing to support her and their child, so Kazuomi decided to marry her so that she wouldn't need to be a single mother? But maybe soon after that Naomi's mom found out she was pregnant, forcing him to support both families? Not quite sure how Nagissa fits in, maybe they were engaged but didn't love each other?

a lot of people purposely mislead kuon into thinking she's kazuomi (MC's dad) 's daughter for some reason.

The funny thing is the manga is arguing that becuase Naoomi was actually a secret child who was secret, that it is somehow more legitimate than an “open secret.” Yet, reading the manga here, now there is even more doubt on the half sibling MC’s that they aren’t blood. But it makes sense on some level this sense of distrust because characters have proven they lied and forged legal documents.

…and yes, this can be solved quickly with a DNA test that they are blood siblings.

Multiple people forging legal documents and they get away with a very illegal action should have planted the seeds of doubt a long time ago that they are blood.
